Hi amigues.
My name is Julia. I was raised in a small town in Venezuela and studied fashion design, not before going through dance, anthropology and some theater acting. Movement is what captivates and inspires me.
I moved to Bogotá, Colombia; where I worked as a stylist assistant on different commercial campaigns; before moving to the urban setting of Melbourne, Australia and I created, directed, and styled personal projects for the past 3 years. Telling stories through images is one of my passions. I am in love with Analog photography and experimentation is a constant part of my creative process, and I can't wait to experiment with more creatives out there!
The style, the timeless, the paint, the texture, the climate, the everyday realities of life and culture is part of what drives my visions and creative concepts. The diversity, complimentary and contradictory looks that are in the urban streets of Bogotá, Melbourne and Perth have ended up being the most exciting settings for me to live and breathe my creativity.
